Returns

Returns are only allowed if the product is expired, product packaging is tampered or if wrong product has been delivered.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In case of expired products or products with tampered packaging,you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase,photo of outer covering and of the product.In case wrong product has been delivered ,along with the aforementioned requirements, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Siddhi reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only allowed if the requirements of aformentioned return or cancellation policies has been satisfied.
